I recently visited this gem of an Indian restaurant in Slough, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. A real treat for anyone who loves authentic Indian cuisine!
The service, especially from Priya, was outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her hospitality truly elevated the experience. It’s unfortunate tips are shared and not appointed to the individual as it was well deserved.
What I loved most was the location. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town, providing a peaceful and intimate atmosphere to enjoy the meal. If you're looking for a quiet spot to enjoy great Indian food, this is the place to be!
Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!

My husband and I been going to the restaurant for past 10months and today I thought I must right this review.
The service was great as always and very friendly staff made us feel welcome! The food is great always reminds me flavours of Punjab! Our waitress Palak was very welcoming and our favourite Stanley at the bar never failed to impress us with our cocktails!!! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy great Indian flavours!!!

Had a very delicious Indian meal at this place. We went midweek. You need to book at weekends, as they get very busy. Have been several times.

Visited this place, after reading the reviews and all the hype but it was absolutely not worth it.
We ordered the chicken lollipops which were actually like fried tossed in sauce, hardly anything like the authentic lollipops, and the quantity was less as well.
The chicken biryani lacked flavour and quality as well, so too was the butter chicken, the only saving grace was dessert (the coconut mango delight) although it only tasted like creamy mango ice cream and didn't really match the description in the menu.
Service was good, prices are decent and the ambience is amazing but, the food really failed to deliver.
The naan was a positive➕

Renaissance Restaurant in Slough offers a great dining experience for lovers of Asian cuisine. The ambience is fantastic, with a well-decorated venue that adds to the overall appeal. The food is delicious and definitely good value for money, making it a solid choice for those looking for quality dishes without an excessive price tag.
However, the service could use some improvement. While not terrible, the staff seemed more passive than attentive, often standing around rather than checking in on guests, of which we were a group of 11. A little more engagement from them would have made the experience even better.
Despite this, I would still recommend Renaissance Restaurant for its great food and atmosphere. If the service improves, it has the potential to be an outstanding dining spot.

Lovely restaurant with decent food. Special mention to Palak for her fantastic service and great attitude. Highly recommend aloo tikki chaat for starters.
